A true loss in this world

We lost a good friend and part of our Foundation family Monday.
Bob Nueske was a true gift to this world. 

He was a presence that was rarely forgotten. His quiet demeanor and calming presence remained through chaotic times and his big heart showed through his family, friends, employees and all his personal endeavors.  People strive to ‘be like Bob’ and we know they will continue to do so.

Bob served on Brian’s Foundation’s Board of Directors and Advisory Board.  He and his wife, Darlene, supported five annual scholarships (two in Poland, two in Wittenberg and one in honor of Rachel Bosveld in Waupun). He was a pivotal part in making the documentary, Return to Pilsen possible, which was the feature of our event on 11.12.13. 

He was a core supporter, motivator and ambassador of Brian's Foundation. He was a gift in this world, a genuine soul and truly cared about those he met.  

The service for Bob will take place this Saturday, the 17^{th .} Because of the anticipated size of the crowd it will be held in the Wittenberg Birnamwood High School auditorium, which we find fitting, as Bob and Darlene established two scholarships there last year, the Nueske Family Scholarships of Excellence.
